Scoot Fox Repellent works by mimicking the scent markings of foxes, making the fox believe there is another more dominant fox using their territory. For this reason it may take a few weeks to be fully effective and you must follow the instructions exactly. Initially the fox may react by actually trying to increase their scent markings in your garden - to deter the "fake" Scoot fox. But with repeated application of the Scoot artificial scent the fox will realise they cannot beat their virtual competitor and will no longer include your garden as part of their territory. To stop foxes coming back you must continue to use Scoot on a regular basis or you face the risk of the fox returning and finding your garden "unmarked territory".

Scoot is recommended by many UK council authorities as a humane way to control urban foxes. You should apply it to areas where you believe the fox is passing through and digging or pooping. Your dogs and cats will not be affected by the scent.

We highly recommend Scoot, however be aware multiple applications will be necessary and it will not work over night.
